Founding Director
Dr. Crispen Karanda
Stephen Damuputirai, our Founding Director, is the driving force behind this organization. He builds strong relationships with donors and partners worldwide, and his work has transformed many lives in the communities we serve. Stephen continues to lead the organization with clear vision and unwavering strength.
Dr. Crispen Karanda serves as our Chairman, bringing his academic expertise to guide our organization in fulfilling its mission. Before joining us, he was a Doctor of Business at Gordon University, and his leadership remains an essential part of our work.

Aloisa is our Matron and plays a key role in our organization. She oversees our projects and works closely with local communities to identify individuals we can support through our sewing, education, and community outreach programs. Her commitment is vital as we build strong, trusting relationships with the communities we serve.

Tanaka is the face of our organization. She handles our daily admin work, plans events, and helps us reach our goals.

Sewing Instructor
Elinet is one of our dedicated sewing instructors. She manages the day-to-day program, teaches core sewing skills, and helps students stay on track to complete the vocational program.

Whandi is one of our dedicated sewing instructors. Her expertise in fabrics and sewing brings top-quality training to our program.
