Founding Director
Stephen Damuputirai, our Founding Director, is the driving force behind this organization. He builds strong relationships with donors and partners worldwide, and his work has transformed many lives in the communities we serve.
Dr. Crispen Karanda
Chairman
Dr. Crispen Karanda serves as our Chairman, bringing his academic expertise to guide our organization in fulfilling its mission. Before joining us, he was a Doctor of Business at Gordon University.

Matron
Aloisa is our Matron and plays a key role in our organization. She oversees our projects and works closely with local communities to identify individuals we can support.

Tanaka is the face of our organization. She handles our daily admin work, plans events, and helps us reach our goals.

Elinet is one of our dedicated sewing instructors. She manages the day-to-day program and teaches core sewing skills.
